Who We Are

We are a community collaborative of agencies from across The Region of Peel, working together to end homelessness in our communities. Our members include many of Peel’s largest housing and homelessness service providers, not-for-profits, active community leaders, those with lived experience and The Region of Peel. Our table holds countless years of experience in the field, and seeks to be the voice for our clients’ unique needs. We are unwilling to accept the costs of homelessness to our communities and to individuals.  We are an action-oriented and mission-focused group that is committed to a functional end to chronic homelessness in Peel.  We have four pillars to our work: Advocacy, Coordinated Access, Common Assessment, and Enumeration.

  • Our Mandate
    Our Mandate

PAEH will advocate for systems change using a collective impact framework to establish a coordinated system of care approach to end homelessness in Peel.

PAEH will implement a system of care approach designed to ensure availability of and access to a broad, flexible array of effective, evidence-informed, community-based services and supports, particularly for those experiencing chronic, or episodic homelessness.

PAEH will assist with identifying service gaps, facilitate cross-system collaboration, advocate for use of the VI-SPDAT and/or full SPDAT, and continue to enumerate the homeless population.
